F2 (Facebook Financial) is a product group at Facebook focused on building products to provide everyone, everywhere access to financial services and the ability to participate in the digital economy.
The Business Integration team at F2 is focused on (1) driving internal organizational efficiency, (2) leading special projects and (3) supporting executive office operations. We are looking for a Business Integration Director to lead high-profile projects and strategic initiatives related to F2 products, starting with privacy-related projects. You will work closely with the Facebook Privacy Program and F2 teams to operate our privacy processes and constantly improve all aspects of privacy across our payments and financial services products.
Our ideal candidate should have experience with risk management and privacy compliance preferably in payments, FinTech, or financial services with strong project management skills, and a demonstrated track record of influencing stakeholders at all levels on complex projects. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with context shifting in a fast-paced environment, who is not afraid to test assumptions, and who is always seeking to understand and integrate different points of view when making tough calls. In addition, we are looking for strong collaborators who are comfortable leading large cross-functional teams and building relationships within F2 and across Facebook.
Business Integration Director, F2 (Facebook Financial) Responsibilities
* Serve as a key privacy point of contact at F2 to liaise with Facebooks Central Privacy team, manage various end-to-end privacy reviews, support privacy risk assessments and controls testing, and coordinate certification and other compliance procedures
* Identify opportunities and implement solutions to streamline privacy and other cross-functional reviews
* Establish and lead working groups, manage large project teams to drive critical cross-functional work, and influence decision-making
* Ensure consistency and coordination in leadership oversight and accountability of F2 privacy compliance and other cross-functional workstreams
* Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly in order to problem solve and drive decision-making effectively
* Work closely with members of product, engineering, privacy, policy, communications, legal, compliance, finance, human resources (among others)
Minimum Qualifications
* 10+ years of relevant work experience in legal, compliance, consulting (e.g., Business Operations, Strategy or other equivalent function)
* Risk management and privacy background
* Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills
* Project management experience (including in managing large, cross-functional working groups), and effective communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
* JD, MBA or graduate degree
* Technology, media, or telecom past company experience
* Interest in technology
* Education in STEM
