We're looking for an experienced marketer who is passionate about the power of social video and marketing entertainment to consumers. In this role, you will define strategic marketing priorities, and manage campaign and content launches for Watch with the goal of driving awareness, viewership, engagement and increasing adoption. The right person is a strategic and creative marketer who has experience partnering closely with decision science, media, social, creative, and insights to develop innovative campaigns with sound strategy and smart measurement plans. This person brings a passion for entertainment marketing and audience insights to creative development, but also excels in project management and can execute flawlessly and with a high quality bar. Most importantly, this person cares deeply about establishing Facebook as a top-of-mind place for consumers to watch and engage with content.
Consumer Marketing Manager, Facebook Video Responsibilities
* Build and execute world-class consumer marketing campaigns for original & partner content.
* Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to inform messaging/positioning, goal-setting, ROI, strategic marketing priorities, and creative.
* Be a cross-functional leader, collaborating closely with content development, creative/agencies, social, public relations and communications, decision science, media planning, go-to-market, and more.
* Create positioning, identity, and core marketing assets for campaigns.
* Manage campaigns end-to-end - developing the value proposition and consumer positioning, creating strategic briefs for creative and media teams, managing launch, and post-launch analysis and optimization.
Minimum Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing in entertainment or agency-side.
* Experience in demonstrated campaign performance across marketing channels, such as video, paid social, mobile, and rich media.
* Communication and collaboration experience with product and partnership teams.
* Experience working with marketing cross-functional teams including creative, research, analytics and media.
* Consumer marketing and consumer video experience.
