DISH is seeking a strongly motivated Business Operations Analyst to drive operational strategy within the Customer Experience Skill Management department. Our Skill Management team acts as business managers for both customer and agent experience, defining skills, processes, and tool enhancements to improve the overall customer experience. The Skill Management team helps with meeting the needs of a variety of business partners, coordinating execution with internal teams and ensuring our front-line teams have the resources to be successful while interacting with our customers.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

* Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through the Sales, Customer Services, Technical Support, and Installation process
* Develop expertise around various smart home products to provide support
* Determine training material by using data, observation and feedback to discover
opportunities in current support material
* Continuously improve content and processes used to provide a world class customer experience
* Collaborate through partnership with other departments within the company and external partners on strategic change initiatives and partnerships
* Design, prioritize, and execute projects that drive OnTech Smart Services strategic objectives

A successful Business Operations Analyst will have the following:

* Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
* Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
* Exceptional analytical skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver results despite challenges.
* Excellent communication, attention to detail, presentation, organizational and project
management skills.
* A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
* Must possess good oral and written communication skills with all levels of personnel and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $48,600.00/Yr. - $67,300.00/Yr.
