Job Description Summary

Responsible for managing highly complex program and transformation initiatives, which have considerable strategic impact and involves significant collaboration with internal and/or external resources. Programs include transformation, integration, technology, conversions and other special programs. Exercises significant latitude in managing the project life cycle, including budget and forecast, as well as transformation activities.

Essential Job Functions

* Monitor and drive major and complex projects aligned with the Finance strategy
* Leads Finance transformation initiatives ensuring their contribution to Finance's ambition and strategy
* Responsible for project governance and reporting for all Finance projects
* Identifies and develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
* Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.

Required Experience

* Requires advanced knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within a Retail Banking Finance organization.
* Requires mastery level knowledge and skills on Project Management with a strong emphasis on AGILE methodology and understanding the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
* Exposure to working on financial accounting, regulatory reporting (FDIC, FRB), or management reporting initiatives.
* Must have solid organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex projects in a multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines with quality results
* A comprehensive understanding of Retail banking products (loans, deposits, securities, etc.)
* Experience managing or leading others

* Minimum 10 - 12 yrs
