Leads and/or participates in the design, development, and implementation of complex system engineering activities involving cross-functional technical support, systems programming and data center capabilities. Responsible for components of highly complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities. Establishes input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility, coordination of subsystems design, and integration of total system. Viewed as a technology subject matter expert; able to provide and communicate complex technology solutions across differing audiences including technical, managerial, business executives, and/or vendors. Will have responsibility for multiple, complex projects; will direct activities of teams related to special initiatives or operations and may have direct reports. Leads the resolution process for complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. Information Technology degree and/or technology certifications preferred or substantial equivalent experience. Typically 7-10 years of IT experience.

The server build integration team is seeking Red Hat System Administrators with a proven history of implementing automated solutions for server builds and end to end configuration management. The role will interact with engineering teams, peers, and clients to solution and code automation for bare metal server builds, customized with client application requirements. The ideal candidate will be proficiency in one or more coding languages and design and implement solutions with Ansible playbooks. 7 + years of experience as a Senior Linux System Administrator (Red Hat Linux 6x and 7X).

Required Skills:

* 2+ years of experience with VMware ESXi
* Experience scripting and automating repetitive task in Ansible, Shell, BASH, Perl, and YAML
* Experience utilizing API's and developing web input forms and reporting pages
* Experience with BMP Foreman
* Experience with writing NSH scripts in Blade Logic
* Working knowledge of AD authentication with Vintela, SSSD, and PowerBroker
* Experience configuring IMM, ILO, IDRAC, BIOS, RAID arrays on IBM, HP, Dell server hardware
* Experience with PXE boot configuration and troubleshooting network connectivity issue around VLANs, Subnets, and firewall
* Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing problems in a virtualized environment
* Works under direction of team leader, project manager, or senior technical person
* Familiar with BMC Remedy Change management and experience with Excel and other Microsoft Suite applications

Desired Skills:

* Knowledge of BMC Remedy
* Experienced in VCS and RHCS clustering technologies
* Experienced with Oracle RAC configuration requirements
* Advanced understanding of Networking
* ITIL Experience (Service Delivery, Service Management)
* Excellent communication
* Must be highly organized and experience in coordinating, managing and driving meetings
