The Vice President of Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) Marketing is responsible for creating a marketing strategy to drive awareness and demand for CBREs successful and growing business segment Global Workplace Solutions. This new role is critical to the evolution of the GWS business and will play a strategic role in delivering on business outcomes. The GWS marketing leader will operate across the global CBRE platform and drive greater integration and connectivity to best serve and develop this business during a period of significant change.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a GWS marketing strategy
* Define globally and regionally aligned marketing objectives that focus on awareness, consideration and cross selling opportunities
* Collaborate on positioning of GWS segment and connectivity to larger brand evolution
* Support a disciplined audience segmentation strategy including measurement
* Partner with business subject matter experts on creating distinct content programs and developing a global client touch program that will drive differentiation and consistency
* Develop consistent client experience by unifying messaging and activity from prospect to win to grow
* Work with Corporate Communications on internal and external communications strategy and executio
Partner with internal stakeholders (global business leaders) and align around marketing outcomes
* Set expectations for overall agenda and goals including clear KPIs and related success metrics
* Communicate key marketing initiatives and secure support from business leaders
* Be recognized as the trusted partner/single point of contact and subject matter expert for all things GWS Marketing around the globe
Lead a dedicated and matrix team to:
* Manage and develop team resources (time and talent), both direct and matrixed, with a mindset toward excellence and expertise
* Partner with matrix team and stakeholders to ensure a consistent marketing approach around the globe
* Identify and socialize opportunities to import best practices from other segments
* Partner with Center of Excellence peers to align segment-specific content and events to overall CBRE content programs and campaigns
* Establish a deep partnership with GWS communications and Pursuit marketing partners to create a one-team approach

Education and Experience
* 12+ years of progressive marketing responsibilities
* Including global and cross-business line scope for multi-billion-dollar businesses that focus on building direct relationships with B2B customers and other important constituents.
* Bachelors degree or comparable academic training in general business, marketing, or closely related discipline is required.
* Experience working in a global publicly-traded organization a plus
