* Demonstrated results in successfully coaching and leading sales professionals early in their career; experience in a leadership capacity.
* FINRA licenses required: Series 7, 24, 63/66, 65/66.
* Preferred certifications: CLU, FMLI, ChFC, CRPC, CFP
