Caution against fraudulent job offers!
We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte US (Deloitte). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a job with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We would like to clarify that:
* At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
* We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
* We have not authorized any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.
* We consider candidates only on merit and that we provide an equal opportunity to eligible applicants.

Work you'll do:
The Global DI team within Deloitte, Touche, Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) is responsible for driving the most strategic thought leadership within the Deloitte member firm network targeted to our most important audiences: Global CxOs and board-level executives. Deloitte Insights seeks to become the premier digital source for the most differentiated, globally relevant, research-based thought leadership. We seek to help clients tackle their most complex challenges, improve executive relationships, position our practitioners as leaders, amplify Deloitte's brand, and enable revenue-generating opportunities.
* In this interesting and diverse role, you'll help support the development of a global thought leadership strategy and implement initiatives in support of overall direction
* Support relationships and coordination between thought leadership producers and Global Industry/Sector strategic initiatives by liaising in local market(s)
* Focus on sharing ideas, IP and resources across country groups
* Manage accurate visibility into upcoming thought leadership pipeline through management of the Deloitte Thought Leadership Registry in coordination with regional and USI support
* Support monthly reporting dashboard and metrics, particularly across thought leadership pipelines
* Contribute to Deloitte Insights and global thought leadership strategic initiatives as identified during the year to deliver on global leadership priorities and program objectives, such as Global eminence transformation, Global Signature Issues, Global and regional DI organizational models, drive D.com/DI website integration
* Support monthly budget reporting, working in collaboration with Finance. Perform analyses on key metrics and estimate the return on investment across various programs.
* Drive coordination between the Industries, Sectors, Deloitte Private, Client Programs, Client Leader, Learning, Deloitte Insights, Knowledge Services and Industry Marketing teams
* Support coordination with regional, member firm, and business industry teams to support thought leadership development, strategic priority identification, and pipeline development
* Provide ongoing support for Deloitte Insights, Global Eminence and, Global Clients and Industries leadership on strategic projects and ad hoc requests

Required:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: consulting, thought leadership, research and insights, marketing, strategic initiatives, publishing
* Bachelor's degree in related field required; advanced degree from a top school preferred
* Strong project management and time management skills; ability to work independently under pressure, and on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables
* Ability to prepare executive ready materials that tell-the-story succinctly and logically; strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables
* Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze and connect data sets and draw insights
* Capable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies
* Ability to design and deliver a holistic approach around people, process, and technology within the right strategic context, and lead all aspects of the project life cycle from concept to delivery
* Ability to multi-task and deliver on portions of multiple projects in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment
* Ability to navigate a global, matrixed, and mostly virtual environment for effective outcomes
* Travel may be required on an as needed basis (<10%)
Preferred:
* Prior experiences in global organization or in publishing, thought leadership, or content development
* Prior with customer relationship management and pipeline management
