Position Summary

This position will assist the Digital Product Management team with analyzing, designing, and implementing new features and functionality across websites and mobile apps. It will offer a hands-on learning experience in digital product management through a range of core functionalities.

* Translate product strategy into planned work: assist in defining requirements, priority, and milestones for work, while developing and tracking timelines for implementation.
* Coordinate activities to ensure accuracy when bringing new functionality to market: define product specifications, develop test cases and user stories, perform acceptance tests, and provide post-launch support.
* Identify needs and new opportunities by collating and analyzing data across numerous sources: product performance reports, market research, customer feedback and competitive insights.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute work, including marketing, technology, creative & UX, merchandising and ecommerce, customer support, and outside agency partners.
* Communicate with management and other key teams and stakeholders to present ideas, gain alignment, and share milestones, key accomplishments, and metrics.

Position Requirements

EDUCATION

Required:

* Current undergrad or grad student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in product management, marketing, business, engineering, or a related field

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Required:

* Motivated college or graduate student with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines to ensure on-time and in full delivery.
* Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute.
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations and to drive actions.
* Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs.
