The Future Talent Program features internships that lasts up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The intern would shadow UX strategist, designers and coders as we develop our new website or a clients website to understand what it requires to develop a website with search and analytics; from discovery to development.

The intern would interview other companies and prepare a presentation on how other companies structure in-house agencies (with help from ANA and CELLA team members)

Objective/Deliverables:

* Understand the strategy and development of website design and delivery

* Observe the entire process from solutions brief, design, wireframes, to coding and Measurement

* Present final website at end of program

* Set up interviews with ANA Internal Agency Committee members and conduct phone interviews to understand their operations, financial model, scope and source of talent

Required Education and Experience:

Education:

* Candidate should be pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications, Advertising or Corporate Communications

Skill Requirements:

* Presentation Skills, ability to multi-task and work independently, excellent communicator and writing skills.

* Ability to compile information and critical thinking, ability to monitor competitive intelligence with on- line research and primary research.

* Ability to conduct 1:1 interviews.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
