DFS Public Contract Manager

Collaborating with cross-functional organizations to structure and manage the contracting process, they make sure that contracts are the foundation of strong business relationships. We also rely on their advice around contractual rights, obligations, terms and conditions.

What youll achieve

As Public Contract Manager your responsible for Dell Financial Services(DFS) inclusion / engagement within Dell Technologies(DT) broader contract vehicles supporting payment solution within State and Local Government, Education, and Healthcare segments for North America.

You will:

* Work alongside Dell Technology Contract team, DFS Public Sales lead, functional areas in collaboration with contract providers and customers for implementation of mutually agreeable contract terms
* Construct workstreams prioritizing multiple contract engagement and availability within North America by regions
* Work with Public sales team identifying appropriate contract usage at a segment and regional level supporting DFS / DT offerings
* Review, structure and administer diverse contractual documents. Make sure that contracts are the foundation of strong business relationships. We also rely on their advice around contractual rights, obligations, terms and conditions
* Develop and deliver training materials to sales and channel partners on quoting contractual requirements and compliance

Essential Requirements

* Intermediate analytical skills and knowledge of public sector contracts
* Bachelors degree
* Financial acumen awareness of various funding structures
* An attitude toward giving excellent customer service
* Minimum of 5-years prior experience with public sector contracts in a similar role

Desirable Requirements

* Previous technology industry experience

* Knowledge of as a service payment solutions
