Responsible for the maternity unit and all sub-units. LDRP functionality with a Level II NICU. Coordinates activities related to labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and the baby nursery. Responsible for community outreach programs through education and women's health initiatives. Operates within a set budget and in accordance with organizational performance standards. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Bayfront Health Spring Hill is an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital and Joint Commission accredited acute care facility with 124 beds located in beautiful and charming Spring Hill Florida. Celebrating over 25 years of care to the community, the care team is comprised of 400 associates, 100 volunteers, and over 200 highly-trained physicians providing care in 30 specialties. Bayfront Health Spring Hill features the only neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) in Hernando County.

Requirements:
* Florida RN License
* BSN Degree. MSN Preferred.
* Specialty Certification in obstetrics preferred.
* Five or more years of clinical and supervisory experience in a maternal child environment.
* Current certifications: NRP, Basic Fetal Monitoring (ALC), Advanced Fetal Monitoring, ACLS, BLS, PALS, STABLE
