The Sr Associate Commercial Operations is responsible for delivering exceptional service in the assigned areas of operations by working with Commercial and Business stakeholders ensuring compliance, sustainability and risk-avoidance in support of continued business growth.

Responsibilities:

* Administration of rebates, contracts and commissions by working with Commercial and Business stakeholders.
* Adhere to processes, procedures and policies in compliance with SOX and ISO standards. Ensure timely response to internal and external audit inquiries.
* Formula, index, distribution and high-volume price management/entry in Salesforce.com or other related platforms.
* Perform ad hoc data analysis in support of commercial and business needs.
* Create/maintain process related documentation and support with training execution and on-boarding needs.
* Support with platform management and improvements (Salesforce.com, Ariba Contract Management, SAP ERP) to increase operational efficiency and standardization.
* Support Commercial and Business with pricing/contracts/rebates related inquiries. Work with Customer Service and impacted parties to trouble shoot missing master data pricing records.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Solutions Management, Commercial Reporting or related function.
* Knowledge of Commercial and Supply Chain Deliver processes including understanding of rebates, contracts, commissions.
* Advanced expertise in using Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word) and system knowledge of related platforms, e.g. BI, PROS, Salesforce.com.
* SAP experience
* Required Education: High School Diploma. Bachelors Degree is preferred.
* Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
