Job Description
UX Design Strategist
Key Role:
Manage the entire customer experience. Establish a complete understanding of customer needs and preferences through a variety of tools and techniques, including extensive market research, ethnographic research, and usability translating research into actionable user insights for clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
Basic Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience with design strategy
* Experience in translating insights and strategy into concept prototypes
* Ability to guide the design process from identifying the problem, to developing an approach to solving the problem,
* Ability to obtain a security clearance
* HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with designing an end-to-end associate experience by applying design methods
* Experience with working in a cross-functional team
* Ability to develop presentations and present findings to leadership
* Ability to anticipate future needs for the business, from a talent and culture perspective
