* Administrative Tasks - 10%
* Generates, reviews, validates and actions various reports including Labor Management (LM, Kronos, departmental productivity/accuracy, safety and other vital reports
* Works with associates to resolve issues such as pay, time off requests, etc., leveraging HR Direct, support staff and others as necessary
* Adds pertinent information to safety incident reports via SAP
* Prepares for and attends daily, weekly and monthly meetings as appropriate
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years of distribution or management experience, preferred.
* Experience leading non-exempt associates.
