Learning & Career Development Corporate Intern

The Learning & Career Development Intern reports to the Department manager.

Responsibilities

* Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
* Work with subject matter experts and identify target audiences training needs
* Curate supporting material for learning initiatives
* Editing and proofreading new content before publication
* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets surrounding learning effectiveness
* Self-direct and initiate conversation around process improvements
* Identify and monitor business opportunities
* Develop an understanding of Lithias corporate and dealership culture, business and growth model
* Remain current and increase knowledge in assigned business and industry trends
* Work effectively both independently and collaboratively as port of the department team
* Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail, multitasking, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Demonstrates consistent time management and maintains a sense of urgency
* Must be currently enrolled to obtain a Bachelors degree.
* Must exercise independent judgment and care in decision making process.
* Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all corporate and dealership organizational levels.

* Experience in copywriting, graphic design, or audio/video production or a related field may be advantageous
