Manpower is currently looking for highly motivated, detail orientated Bilingual Customer Service Representatives fluency in any or all the following languages: Spanish (must also be able to read Spanish), Russian, Creole, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Arabic, Polish, Bengali and Korean!

What is the job?
Provide education to individuals and perform an enrollment, transfer, or complete necessary action items.
Responds to enrollment services calls, provides responses to questions, mails information in response to request, and refers callers in the event of problems or concerns
Conduct outbound calls and other special projects.
Communicating professionally utilizing principles of excellent customer service.
What do you bring?
Fluency in any or all the following languages: Spanish (must also be able to read Spanish), Russian, Creole, Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), Arabic, Polish, Bengali and Korean.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, effective written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications as Excel, Power Point, and Word
High School Diploma or GED
