What's in it for you?

Full time hours.

1st Shift--Monday-Friday with regular OT and some weekends

6am- 2:30pm

Weekly pay (Every Friday).

What you'll be doing:

Verifiable production or manufacturing experience, preferably in a metal fabrication environment

Able to perform duties that require repetitive motion

Skilled in the maintenance and use of basic hand and power tools

Effective communicator (bilingual) English/Spanish required; ability to communicate with non-English speaking employees regarding safety, policies and procedures

Use power and mechanical tools to construct subassemblies, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts.

Frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment

Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions

Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time

Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations Benefits and Perks Possess a strong mechanical aptitude

Familiar with reading drawings and following instructions

Who were looking for:

1-2 years of experience in assembly

3 years operating hand and power tools

A demonstrated ability to follow instructions regarding the operation of machinery

Respect for rules relating to safety of the employee and his/her colleagues

Must work overtime and weekends as needed.

A demonstrated ability to follow instructions regarding the operation of machinery

A mature temperament that does not require constant supervision.
