WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Were looking for an outstanding Designer to combine their experience, problem solving abilities, cultural pulse and creativity to help build and inspire the future of Jordan Brand Design!
The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem solver, who doesnt settle for anything less than the best creative solutions, to create and support meaningful Jordan Brand Consumer experiences. This person will focus on elevating the Consumer Brand Experience through outstanding brand appearance of product, communications, collateral materials, digital and retail.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
You'll focus on the consumer facing Brand experience of product, communication, digital, retail and collateral materials. You'll concept and collaborate with product designers and designers on the Art Direction team, and ultimately come to solutions that support the seasonal needs to connect and communicate with our consumers. Under the direction of an Art Director, you will create original design solutions for 2D and 3D execution for consumer experiences: graphics, retail, digital, etc... In partnership with Brand Marketing and functional teams across Jordan Design you'll also craft all aspects of the look and feel of Brand experiences at all end-in-mind consumer touch points.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report directly to the Jordan Art Direction - Art Director, while regularly partnering with other Global Art Direction Designers, Footwear and Apparel Designers, and Brand Managers.
WHAT YOU BRING
* EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in graphic design, architectural design, industrial design, or other relevant field
* EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years of relevant Design experience.
* Under the direction of an Art Director or Design Director, crafts original design solutions for 2D and 3D execution for consumer experiences: graphics, retail and digital
* Produces directives and electronic files for production purposes
* Ability to communicate and present design concepts to team/leader/director, and Brand Marketing partners as needed
* Ability to build and edit files using Adobe programs including Photoshop and Illustrator
* Experience building meaningful concept presentations, and mood boards for seasonal concepts and direction
* Proficient information-seeking skills and dedication to results
* Familiarity with current trends, color, design, art, photography and experience design.
