Job Description:
The F-35 GPS Program is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a highly skilled, diverse program team. This role will focus on the F-35 GPS Development programs. The Program Manager is responsible for technical, cost and schedule performance of the base contract and additional development projects. Responsibilities include review of implementation status, generating proposals, and monitoring of cost/schedule performance. This role involves managing diverse teams, direct engagement with Lockheed Martin (Prime Customer), and engagement with Raytheon senior leadership.
Required Skills:
Minimum 10 years relevant experience in Program Management
Proven experience in capturing new business/program(s), proposals, and customer engagement
Proven demonstration of leadership competencies, especially influential communications, strategic thinking, cultivating creativity, collaboration, developing talent, customer focus, and catalyzing results
Demonstrated Risk and Opportunity management, closed loop corrective actions, configuration control and financial reporting
Demonstrated ability to apply Program Manager Best Practices including early IPDS Gates (1-4)
Must obtain Program Management Certification, in accordance with RP-248
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required
U.S. Citizenship is required
