This position is located within the Clinical Trials Division a segment of Pharma Services Group. The Clinical Trials Division is a world leader in global supply chain and biosample management.

How will you make an impact?

The Translations Project Support Associate is assigned client accounts and is independently responsible for completing and routing language translations and regulatory requirements from foreign affiliates for individual job protocols. Ensures that all tasks are completed within the allotted timelines given by the Translations Senior Project Manager.

What will you do?

* Demonstrates understanding of technical and service aspects of assigned projects and studies.
* Executes transactions and navigates proprietary systems and processes required to complete label job specifications requirements.
* Interacts positively and respectively with coworkers and customers.
* Actively pursues and completes training to ensure jobs are completed to the highest standards.
* Takes proactive approach to seek out additional knowledge, to learn new concepts and processes in clinical trials and recommends process improvements.
* Takes ownership for role in completing tasks.
* Demonstrates understanding in evaluating and determining study requirements of assigned clinical studies.
* Understands responsibilities and maintains discipline to ensure job timelines are met.
* Supports team and department efforts to Identify, develop and implement process improvements to improve overall efficiency and productivity of the project management team.
* Effectively manages majority of ATLAS Routings workload.
* Escalates the need for the involvement of appropriate departments, maintaining continuous communication with those departments, and ensures the work delivered to customers is of a consistently high standard.
* Executes all activities per cGMP requirements and established Standard Operating Procedures required by company Quality standards.
* Supports with Quality Assurance/Regulatory personnel to drive Problem Reports to closure.
* Requires knowledge of all internal systems associated with projects (i.e. ATLAS, DPS, Label Spec and Client Spec Applications, Randomization Parameters , Trackwise).
* Ensures customer needs are properly translated into quotation, and has responsibility to monitor and amend the quote and budget as required.
* Supports accurate and timely financial forecasting and reporting.
* Demonstrates, advocates and promotes the company vision.
* Applies Good Manufacturing Principles in all areas of responsibility.

How will you get here?

Education

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience

* 2-3 years of progressive clinical trial experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

* Expertise in personal computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
* Proven customer experience in a dynamic environment
* Excellent organizational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills with the ability to analyze and define solutions and manage multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines
* 5% Travel, as needed
