The Business Engineering and Partner Solutions team (BEPS) provides businesses with the solutions they need to face the tasks of today, as well as the expertise to engineer a path to the future. By integrating technology and partnerships in one team, BEPS can employ the right solution, empowering businesses to grow today and build for tomorrow. The BEPS Partner Solutions Teams mission is to accelerate customer success by understanding needs, activating partner solutions and connecting customers to the right partners. As a Partner Solutions Manager, you will partner with the Small Business Group (SBG) and develop the global partner strategy, initiative roadmap & go-to-market to connect our small business customers with the partners that can help them grow. This role will also identify and articulate opportunities for partner product innovation across key industry verticals. SBG is one of two sales channels responsible for Facebooks multi-billion dollar advertising business. They help more than 99% of Facebooks 5 million plus advertisers and 180 million businesses on our platform find success.

Partner Solutions Manager, Small Business Group Responsibilities

* Ensure alignment between BEPS partnership pilots, programs, and solutions and SBG Global sales teams

* Drive leadership level communications and alignment with key stakeholders

* Produce strategy and help shape evolution of overall ecosystem through strong understanding of client needs, Facebook product capabilities, and market opportunities

* Work in collaboration with the partner management team to establish how best to position and service SMB clients with partner solution

* Influence roadmapping and learning agenda in collaboration with key stakeholders

* Drive sales enablement & activation across all specialty types (AdTech, Creative, Messenger, etc.)

* Create, develop, and optimize scaled partner programs to expand the ecosystem by ensuring effective integration with existing sales tools

* Incubate and execute new initiatives. Drive test and learn approaches

* Gather market signal to inform long term investments

Minimum Qualifications

* 12+ years of client-facing experience in technology sales for scaled audiences, programmatic product growth or program development, acquisition marketing, or equivalent experience

* Experience influencing stakeholders at executive levels and driving cross-functional alignment on a global level

* Quantitative/analytical experience

* Experience in program management and operating at scale

Preferred Qualifications

* Systems and tools experience

* Communications and channel marketing experience

* Experience working with third party companies (partners)

* Experience working as part of an international team

* Knowledge of Facebook products, technology, and online marketing

* Experience supporting and empowering SMBs
