CSBBT as part of Compliance & Sustainment domain covering all technology risk remediation. Our team facilitates the remediation of software DB, Middle-ware and Application vulnerabilities to prevent unauthorized access to key technology systems

The Tech Principal Associate will be the team lead for the CIO leads for my team as we have an increase in engagement with all Applications and Platform teams due to increase in Exceptions and reduction in Vulnerabilities Operations governance role.

Key responsibilities are:
Drive the Engagement with the ICS Vulnerability Operations team and TCP consequence model efforts. Drive engagement with all the ACOs (MW, DB and APCOE) and ensure that CSBBT issues are identified, tracked and are being remediated in an agreed upon time frame. Assist with the data analysis and engagement with CSBBT applications on MW Patch Automation road-map and migration. Work with Vulnerability Operations and CSBBT PMO to craft a strategic road-map for LOB Application teams for true Sustainment with tools, processes and data for scanning, configuration / patch, vulnerability, assets and associated reporting. Ensure road map from Vulnerability Operations for current issues around MW issues and other issues identified and are remediated in agreed-upon time frame. Maintain an ongoing list of data issues with iTracker, QVRU and other SORs and ensure they are being remediated by the correct owner. Facilitate discussions with ACOs and CSBBT LOB to ensure issues are understood, documented and remediation plan implemented. Work with TCP234 CM Lead and CIO leads to improve our processes and understanding of the VR data to remediate faster and prevent CM escalations. Provide weekly status report and PPT slides summarizing the issues and timeline.

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of technology experience

Desired Qualifications
* Experience managing large technology development efforts within a major line of business
* Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
* 3+ years of leadership experience

Other Desired Qualifications
Data Analyst skills
Knowledge of all Wells Fargo vulnerability systems including iTracker, Qualys, etc
Knowledge of Wells Fargo Vulnerability process and systems of record
Knowledge and experience with Consequence Model
