As a Senior Manager of PPI Business Systems, you will be based on the East Coast, traveling 50-75% of the time to various Pharma Services Group facilities. In this leadership role, you will facilitate operational transformation, to ultimately impact our clients2019 experiences.
How will you make an impact?
The Senior Manager-PPI Business Systems is responsible for the development and implementation of the Operational Excellence program across Supply Chain processes, inclusive of a) strategic development b) capture of program benefits c) culture change.
Functions within the group and divisions are starting to use Operational Excellence to make step changes in how they support manufacturing, this role will be a key part of these changes and the main driver to execute and gain significant impact in our clients2019 experience within our manufacturing sites
What will you do?
1) Program Development 2013 Develop the overall execution plan for functional Operational Excellence. Plan to include the Multi2013year Transformational Roadmap for each of the targeted sites and their Supply Chain function
2) Program Management 2013 Actively manage the Operational Excellence program with functional areas of responsibility, driving committed results
3) Strategy Implementation 2013 Leading role in the strategy work surrounding network wide functional support
4) Selects, develops and evaluates matrixed staff and/or team members to ensure the efficient operation of the function. Works with and advises staff on administrative policies and procedures.
How will you get here?
* Bachelor2019s degree in biological science, engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred
* 7+ years of experience in Operations, Quality or other relevant functions
* Demonstrated track record of facilitating Continuous Improvement projects
* Proven Leadership skills in a matrix environment
* Demonstrated project management experience in a fast-paced environment
* Collaborative in style
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
* Superior communication skills
* Ability to establish credibility and influence at all levels of the organization
* Ability to work in a remote setting without direct supervision
