Prime Video is changing the way people watch movies and TV shows, offering a variety of ways to instantly stream and watch videos. Customers can rent or buy more than 250,000 new release movies, next-day television shows, and classic favorites, or with a Prime membership, customers can have unlimited access to thousands of titles for no additional charge, including award-winning Prime Original Series like The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, Good Omens and Man in the High Castle.

The Prime Video Channels team is seeking a talented, customer-obsessed user experience designer to join our team on a high-impact new program which offers a suite of self-service products for third-party content providers. The work environment is creative and fast paced with an entrepreneurial attitude where you will be driving a strategic 'boulder' project for Prime Video. We are looking for a dynamic think big individual who is passionate about building tools for partners. You will use your UX and visual design skills to create elegant, intuitive user experiences that meet evolving business needs and influence future patterns to support the partner and end-customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding both the needs of the business and collaborating with other Prime Video UX designers, UX researchers, product stakeholders and tech partners. Tasks include developing a north star vision and UX roadmap, designing a prototype for a new CRM tool, and providing ongoing support and engagement to product and engineering teams. In addition, you will own delivering design documentation as new features are added.
Responsibilities

Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specifications
Initiate and collaborate with user experience research and testing processes
Drive the delivery and communication of live event guidelines and patterns
Create pattern libraries and templates for a variety of users on the PV platform
Close coordination with the product management team to enable a shared vision and define the partner and end-customer experience
Partner with tech teams to ensure we leverage the scale offered by our platform without compromising on core experiential principles
An advocate for bar raising customer/fan-focused solutions through the end-to-end design process
Drive continual improvement pre and post product launch
Handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of design experience
An available online portfolio
An available online portfolio
7+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar
Experience with design and technologies for common web frameworks
Portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design. This should also include approach and process.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively
Experience working collaboratively with product management and developers to implement designs
Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business needs and customer expectations
Proficiency in a design tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and OmniGraffle
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience designing B2B interfaces for web
Experience defining and executing user research methods appropriate to the questions at hand, including but not limited to field research, surveys, lab studies, remote testing, and A-B tests.
Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Illustrator.
Skill in developing rapid UI prototypes.
Experience working with distributed teams, across multiple time zones.
Masters degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
