How will you make an impact? Pivotal person supporting the manufacturing suites who is responsible for preparation and organization of the clinical manufacturing suites through facilitation of buffers, consumables, raw materials and documentation; as well as master batch record preparations and assist with inventory management. What will you do?
* Ensure all consumables are ordered using SAP and delivered in a timely manner for each production suite.
* Ensure all consumables for production processes are accounted for upon delivery to stage process consumables in an organized manner for ease of use in production set-ups
* Assist with obtaining and placement of raw materials and consumables at/from the wipe-down station for entrance into the suite
* Collaborate with manufacturing support systems groups to ensure lines, kits, or assemblies are ready when needed within manufacturing and ensures any missing components can be acquired timely and brought to the manufacturing floor expeditiously
* Confirm buffers & media are available prior to need. Facilitates buffers & media moves to the suites to ensure production processing is not halted and on time processing needs are met
* Keep the manufacturing SOP files/books current and up to date.
* Coordinate the tangible needs of the manufacturing floor
* Assist with management and preparation of manufacturing batch records including record requests/pick-up, reconciliation, record preparation, label management, and sample tracking
* Assist in developing, maintaining and evaluating required Bill of Material (BOM) recipes
* Aid in sample coordination/transport and delivery
* Assist with batch record and SOP revisions
* Support batch record completion for disposition through facilitation of sampling information and organization of the batch record inputs.
* Assist with inventory counts within the production suites and coordinates results with Inventory Leads and Procurement
* Perform or assists with investigations when discrepancies of inventory are discovered
* Assist in facilitating and coordinating activities with all departments to ensure and track availability of raw materials and equipment resources for plant operations supporting clinical through commercial production
How will you get here?
Education
* High School Diploma minimally required. Associate2019s degree in science preferred.
Experience
* 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing and/or GMP environment preferred, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
* Basic purification principles: (i.e. Chromatography, Filtration, Aseptic practices, Formulation, Mixing) a plus
* Clean room experience a plus
* Understanding of processes and equipment
* Understanding 2018why2019 and not just the 2018how2019 of processes and practices
* PC skills (Microsoft Office)
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong organizational skills
* Math skills
