Position Description:

This position is responsible for inventory packaging, order pulling, shipping and receiving

Responsibilitie

The essential functions include, but are not limited to:

* Pulling parts inventory from customer service sales orders.
* Packaging parts inventory to be shipped to the customer.
* Shipping parts to customer.
* Unloading merchandise being received from loading docks to stock and place into warehouse inventory.
* Move materials through facility with the use of material handling equipment (i.e. forklift, reach truck, order picker).
* Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas.
* Clean up and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping, etc.
* Keep work area clean and organized.
* Complete routine paperwork to properly document work performed.
* Use computers and scan guns to dispense and receive basic information that includes product codes, part numbers, quantities, locations, etc.
* Conduct periodic inventory cycle counts.
* Parts and pick ticket quality inspections.
* Other duties as assigned. Job duties subject to change without notice

Basic Qualifications:

* 1-2 years experience in shipping and receiving parts.
* High School Diploma or GED required..
* 1-2 years experience working in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Some computer skills preferred.
* Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in the English language.
* Basic mathematical skills preferred.
* Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
* Ability to bend and lift throughout the day, manually unloading and loading merchandise.
* Demonstrated ability to work closely in team environment with manager and co-workers.
