To be considered for this role you must have an active Secret clearance with an investigation w/in the last 6 years.
Key responsibilities for this exciting role include:
-Conducting reviews (TRRs, PSRRs, etc.)
-Lead Flight Termination System integration, test and qualification activities
-Subsystem design verification testing, flight test planning and execution, SIL testing, and leading IRAD affordability efforts.
While this is a lead position, the candidate will be required to execute as a team member for some activities and as the lead for other activities.
-This position will require intermittent travel to execute test activities.
The candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be capable of working virtually with distributed teams, and be able to work across multiple IPTs especially software engineering, electrical engineering, and mechanical engineering.
-The successful candidate will be familiar with RF link analysis, MIL-STD-1553, posses prior missile flight test experience, prior test procedure and test report generation experience, familiarity with GPS acquisition systems, System Support Simulators, and telemetry acquisition systems.
-Executing defined test activities to include the generation of test plans and procedures.
-Conduct product testing and concluding with generation of informative test reports.
-Oversee the build of subassembly hardware to include subassembly integration, HW kitting, final assembly, and subsequent ESS and ATP.
The responsibility will also include the definition and build of test equipment through assembly and inspection.

Basic Qualifications:
-Effective task organization and communication skills.
-Experience in systems development, integration and production.
-Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, and formal system development/certification experience.
-Must have a Final Secret clearance at a minimum.
Desired Skills:
-Demonstrated experience and success on a technically challenging development program.
-Demonstrated experience presenting to program/senior management.
-Demonstrated experience integrating weapons/sensors onto aircraft and other platforms.
-Demonstrated experience working on Hypersonic weapon systems.
