As a Real Estate Portfolio Manager within PNC's Realty Services Transactions organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Job Description
* Manages all of the real estate assets and holds responsibility for the financial performance of a portfolio. Responsible for 200-300 assets.
* Oversees the day-to-day performance of the real estate portfolio.
* Prepares fiduciary reports, policies and practices for the transactions group through data collection.
* Monitors and conducts due diligence regarding bank acquisitions and mergers of other bank organizations.
* Understands business need and negotiates contracts that align with business needs and overall strategy of the company from a valuation perspective and ensures that all properties are well maintained, stabilized and correctly positioned in market segment.

Negotiating Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Real Estate Development Knowledge of real estate development; ability to manage different aspects of the real estate development function, including business development, methods of real estate, and operational processes.
Real Estate Law & Policy Compliance Knowledge of laws and policies that govern various forms of ownership in commercial and residential property; ability to demonstrate ethical behavior in diverse situations.
Real Estate Property Data Analysis Knowledge of and ability to utilize diverse data analysis processes, techniques and tools in order to analyze, interpret and manage property related data.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
