The Facebook Reality Labs group brings together world-class experts to develop and ship groundbreaking products at the intersection of hardware, software and content. We are building the tools and experiences that make people feel closer together. To date our product portfolio includes Oculus VR and Portal from Facebook.

We are seeking Integrated Marketing Leaders to join our Portal and Oculus teams.

The Integrated Marketing Lead will lead a team responsible for the development of holistic marketing plans; innovative, breakthrough, and effective campaign work that delivers against business goals; leverage sharp strategic and creative instincts to drive short and long-term business outcomes through planning and campaigns at global scale.

The Integrated Marketing Lead will unite marketplace, brand, culture and consumer perspectives to drive Marcom work thats innovative and distinctive, guiding a cross functional team of partners from strategy through execution. This requires an ability to demonstrate analytical rigor, a deep understanding of the VR, AR, and Smart Home technologies, our customers, and market dynamics.

Integrated Marketing Lead, Facebook Reality Labs Responsibilities

* Guide breakthrough, innovative, and effective creative marketing strategies, executions, and campaign development through a strategic lens on the consumer, idea and touch points that meets both short and long term brand and business goals

* Distill and craft inspiring creative briefs from brand, consumer, marketplace, and cultural insights, from various sources of data

* Collaborate closely with partners throughout the Facebook Reality Labs organization and across Facebook, including Marketing Insights, Analytics, Product Marketing, Creative, Media, and International Marketing, to identify and measure long and medium term value of our work

* Champion and steward integrated marketing processes with team and cross-functional partners: from concept, launch, iteration and optimization

* Lead strong relationships with external agencies, using communication plans, briefs, message strategy, and frameworks to guide deliberate storytelling and execution

* Manage global collaboration for the campaigns with regional marketing counterparts

* Confidently present to marketing leadership, cross functional leadership, and Product leadership team (if/when needed)

* Leads escalation of particularly risky, complex, innovative, or significant marketing program concerns or blockers with leadership

* Builds a diverse and an inclusive environment across the team, models inclusive behaviors, and holds managers accountable for ensuring the same

Minimum Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in managing and executing large scale consumer campaigns that drive short and long term results through a diverse mix of channels and touch points (paid, earned, owned, broadcast & digital)

* 5+ years experience developing and driving insight-fueled marketing communications strategy and plans at an agency or brand

* Experience composing inspiring and innovative creative briefs with a portfolio bursting with great stories that produced great results

* Experience working in highly-cross functional and complex organizations, collaborating with creative, research, measurement and marketing channels counterparts, where influence as well as direct responsibility matter in equal measure

* Articulate in communication - experience simplifying complex things into human understanding

* Expertise in interpreting and deciphering quantitative and qualitative data and distilling the insights that best unlock creative marketing platforms and programs

* Highly organized thinker with experience accurately prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to the highest impact

* Experience building a diverse and inclusive culture, modeling this behavior as a leader, and holding teams accountable to ensure the same

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelors degree or equivalent marketing experience

* Experience in highly innovative consumer product categories and brands such as consumer tech and/or AR/VR technologies or related fields

* Experienced with International marketing
