Partner Program Manager, Product Partnerships

Job Description

Facebook is seeking an experienced partner program professional who is passionate about the way Facebook Inc. can work with businesses to drive real-world outcomes. The role on the Product Partnerships team will focus on academic partnerships provide direction and execute on product and partner strategies that bring value to the academic and research ecosystem. Sitting on the Product Partnerships team, this person will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic internal relationships with key business stakeholders, partner management teams and will work with our world-class product and engineering teams to ship the best and most innovative products. This person will be responsible for building product programs that support partner ecosystems. This role will also work cross-functionally with the policy, legal, marketing, PR and operations to optimize new capabilities, improve user experience, and ensure our partners are successful. The right person is a self-starter with experience working with product and engineering teams who loves to drive unique partnership and product solutions. She/he will be responsible for understanding partner and product value exchange, identifying opportunities, and driving measurable results. The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, relationship-focused approach, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position.

Partner Program Manager, Product Partnerships Responsibilities

* Builds and oversees product programs to ensure product and partner goals are achieved

* Oversee multiple project teams through strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation

* Developed scaled resources by building out templates, playbooks, tools and communication channels

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive program progress against goals and objectives by establishing logistics, action items and owners

* Facilitates the flow of information between everyone involved and create alignment around priorities and decisions

* Drives, tracks and documents progress against plans through partner trackers and on-boarding funnels

* Measure, analyze program efficacy and recommend program updates based on feedback

Minimum Qualifications

* 3+ years of relevant client or partner management experience

* 5+ years of relevant or related Program or Project Management experience

* Time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

* Working knowledge of product partnerships

* Experience in communicating with large global cross-functional teams

* Experience with scaled communications

Preferred Qualifications

* Interest for internet, technologies, and scaled program development
