Job Description
The Human Resources Operations Specialist will sit on the Employee Experience Team, and support a wide range of HR initiatives and business objectives. DISH had an eventful year in 2020, and continues to build on the momentum with new projects that the HR Operations Specialist will project manage. The Employee Experience group strives to inspire employee commitment and improve overall company performance by supporting and driving initiatives across the entire HR Organization.

The job responsibilities outlined below includes partnering with many different colleagues at different levels of the HR Department and DISH organization, which requires an attention to detail and professionalism.
High-level job responsibilities:
The HR Operations Specialist will concentrate on analytics (~25%), communications and the employee experience (~50%), and project management (~25%). This team member will collaborate with other HR Team Members on data analytics, project management, department and companywide communications, and employee experience initiatives meant to align our employee experience to DISH's purpose, brand and culture.
Day-to-day job responsibilities:

* Analytics (~25%): Support data and analytics management across the HR function through the following programs/initiatives: Voice of the Employee, manager dashboards, COVID-19 reporting, and ongoing reporting requests
* Communications (~50%): Manage/coordinate daily, weekly and monthly reporting/communications including: a variety of HR led daily, weekly and monthly reporting and presentations
* Project Management (~25%): Plan, coordinate and execute successful management and completion of HR Projects, including Company Awards, HR Department Events, and other HR projects
* Collaborate with HR colleagues who are also working on Employee Experience and Data Management initiatives to identify areas of opportunity to expand and promote the Employee Experience
* Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable and timely basis
* Interpret, understand and execute on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and/or schedule form
* Meet all of DISH's performance expectations, including but not limited to, satisfying all applicable metrics, productivity standards, goals, and increased advanced proficiencies related to overall performance
* Strong ability to collaborate with HR Team Members
* Previous experience collecting, synthesizing and presenting data, including identifying key trends and meaningful insights across the HR Organization and DISH
* Write routine reports and business correspondence
* Advanced Data Analytics capabilities including knowledge and understanding of at least one data processing language or previous history presenting data (SQL, Python, Excel Macros, Tableau, Power BI, Oracle OTBI or previous history of taking data and presenting trends and analysis in another summary form)
* Speak effectively before customers or employees of the organization whether individually or in groups
* Operate efficiently between multiple computer applications and be proficient with Windows 7 or higher
* Proficiency with the Google Suite, including but not limited to, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides
* Exhibit strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence employees within multiple levels of the organization
* Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel
* Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills
Compensation: $65,000.00/Yr. - $75,000.00/Yr.
