The Solution Architect - Identity & Access Management will be responsible for planning and developing security measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure. You will work with management and other personnel to identify security best practices and applies a risk-based approach to information security.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversees and directs major, critical, and emerging technology within the IAM program. Assesses merit and impact; designs, develops, and establishes architecture standards.
Oversees and directs architecture discussions for both a technical and management audience
Lead business requirements, design, and architecture of IAM solutions, in coordination with IT architecture and application teams and ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions for cloud hosted applications.
Ensures successful transition of project deliverables to support / maintenance /operations teams
Create and maintain design and architecture documentations for IAM domain technologies
Lead and direct new IAM capability Proof of Concept effort, product evaluation and partner with management to build business case for investment
Assist with development of roadmaps within the IAM program and develop cloud migration strategy and architecture
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
High School Diploma, GED or High School Equivalency
Embraces Diverse people, thinking and styles
Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
Minimum of 7 years work experience in IAM architecture and engineering experience, hands-on implementation, troubleshooting and deployment experience
Minimum of 3 years work experience in team lead experience engineering enterprise wide IAM solutions
Demonstrated understanding and experience of modern IAM concepts and best practices.
Expertise and experience with design and architecture of leading IAM products such as PING, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, and Radiant Logic
Expertise and experience with Cloud Security and IAM engineering on leading cloud platforms Azure, AWS
Expertise in DevSecOps integrating IAM controls using API automation in the CI/CD pipeline. Skills would include coding languages such as Java, Python, and Powershell and API development expertise
Expertise and experience with directory services - Microsoft Azure Active Directory, AWS Managed Active Directory, Active Directory
Demonstrated understanding and experience in Identity Federation protocols such as SAML, WS-Federation, OAuth and OpenID Connect
Expertise and experience with Unix, Windows OS system
Demonstrated understanding in formulating strategies, alternatives, and recommendations in information security management
Ability to evaluate risk and communicate it in a fact-based manner.
Ability to clearly communicate with peers, business analysts, and subject matter experts
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members and colleagues, and support leadership directives
Technical Expertise - Demonstrates a commitment to increasing knowledge and skills in Information Security, keeping up to date on technical developments, staying informed as to industry practices & governance framework (NIST CSF, SANS, CIS), knowing how to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs.
Communication Skills - Communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably at the right level.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
BS/MS in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Services or equivalent.
Professional Certifications - Key Information Security certification, IAM product certification or cloud security certification for Azure & AWS platforms, are desirable
