Principal Duties and Responsibilities (in order of importance)
Make closing confirmation calls to ensure the closing took place and update system of record
Request and upload critical document packages from settlement agents
Complete specific state required documents as authorized signer
Provide backup to Hotline as required
Securely delivers the signing package to the title company for the closing.
Responsible for sending a copy of documents to our printing group to print and bind the Client Package
Initiate wire request to be sent to the settlement agent
Updates the system of record and works daily priorities
Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years mortgage environment experience with a thorough understanding of conventional, government, purchase and refinance in addition to FHA/VA
Possess strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
