Role Responsibilities
* Lead development and maintenance of operational, financial, analytic, dashboard and executive-level reporting using Tableau and other BI tools
* Prepare and compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reporting packages
* Proactive collaboration and communication with the accounting/external reporting team and the FP&A; business partner leads to develop meaningful reports and repeatable processes
* Assume leadership role in designing and implementing effective data architecture to support existing and future requirements of evolving business model
* Interact with functional business units to analyze, gather, and prioritize business and reporting requirements
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of experiences in reporting and analytic of SaaS business
* Solid understanding of financial and operational business processes and reporting
* Expert knowledge of Excel and SQL; Proficiency in Salesforce.com
* Visualization tool experience required using Tableau
Preferred Skills (up to 4 items)
* 3+ years of experience of relevant experience in Accounting / Finance, preferably in large, publicly traded company
* Experience with Adaptive Planning and Workday
