Work Hours/Shift:

Full Time Day Shift, Monday-Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

* Serves as an active business partner with the applicable Executives in the execution of the Executives agenda and strategy and leadership of departments, companies and initiatives, while providing professional, confidential and efficient administrative, executive assistance and business support to the applicable Executives.
* Identifies and/or responds to issues, problems or concerns brought to the attention of the applicable Executives, takes ownership and provides expedient follow through to action/resolution as applicable, communicating accordingly and appropriately.
* Receives routine and confidential communications incoming to the Executives office and independently responds/takes action, coordinating with the Executives as appropriate.
* Maintains communications and interfaces with routine operations, strategies, and special projects/initiatives with internal departments.
* When working under the CEO/COO: Manages the programmatic elements and logistics of major management meetings such as Focus Week, Leadership Meetings, and other major strategy/communication events. Plans Executive Council, Leadership Council meetings and develops meeting agendas by working closely with members of the Executive Team to synthesize and prioritize agenda items. Records minutes of discussions and decisions at the weekly Executive Council meetings for distribution to Council members.
* Tracks all commitments and project task work that are made during various meetings and provides progress reports and updates to the Executives, as applicable. Represents the Executives in select meetings and collects information from meetings, briefing the Executives, as needed.
* Works with senior leaders on the development of proposals that will meet the Executives expectations and standards. Creates mind maps of critical initiatives and other models as required.
* Develops communication strategies for major initiatives and serves as a conduit of information and communication from the offices of the Executive (in conjunction with the Executive Assistant to the Executive), as applicable, to senior leaders, departments, and, in conjunction with others as appropriate and to the organization at large.
* Supports the Executives, as applicable, in completion of critical projects including budget preparation and on-going tracking, progress/milestone accountability and reporting, and presentations to Boards, committees, internal and external audiences.

Qualifications
What You Will Need:

* Associates degree in Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Six years experience as an executive assistant or project specialist/coordinator for up to senior level executive(s)
* Exposure to and current demonstrable ability for managing major event planning, coordination, and logistics

Job Summary:

This position directly provides executive assistance and project management support to, is a business partner with, and is required to be a credible and positive representation of the applicable Executives. The position also directly and indirectly supports projects and initiatives from the office of the applicable Executives. It actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Delivers professional executive assistance and project/event management, and facilitates smooth and efficient operations and clarity of communications.
