Work Hours/Shift: Full Time Day 8 hour shift (Ocassional weekend if needed) Monday-Friday 8:30- 5:00 pm
You Will Be Responsible For:

* Manages the employee recruitment process as a VURV delegate. May process Human Resources-related forms, i.e. requisitions, change forms, separation of work forms, etc.
* May coordinate department meetings, retreats and other internal and external
* events and gatherings. May coordinate various programs with vendors, or other programs, i.e. Back Pack for Kids and Adopt-a-Family.
* Adheres to all sanitation and safety standards; completes work orders and follows-up for completion.
* Provides exemplary service while answering the telephone, updating voice mails, forwarding calls appropriately, greeting and directing visitors, receiving and distributing mail.
* Is proficient in AdventHealth software to complete many tasks that include processing Time and Attendance tracking and adjustments, ordering department supplies, processing petty cash, invoices and PAVs as requested and managing the Director or Administrative Directors Outlook calendar.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
Required:
* Two years of experience as an administrative assistant
* Ability to read, speak and write English effectively
* General Computer knowledge
* Microsoft Office Suite
* Type 20 WPM
Preferred:
* Associates Degree in secretarial sciences, business, or related field
* Five years of experience as an administrative assistant
* Bilingual, English required/Spanish preferred
* AdventHealth software programs
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant V is responsible for a variety of administrative, clerical, secretarial duties in support of the Department. Responsible for coordinating meetings, maintaining Outlook calendars, answering phones, processing payroll, ordering department supplies, processing invoices. Maintains programs and documents that are required for compliance with AdventHealth. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
