Mulesofts Professional Services team works across every technology to deliver solutions to customers in every industry. As an Associate Delivery Manager (ADM) on our Services team, you will play a key role in our Services practice growth. Our Associate Delivery Managers(ADM) manage various tasks of the post-sale Services engagement, and you will manage multiple tactical engagements supporting projects that will vary in size, complexity, industry domain and use-case in general across their entire lifecycle. In addition to managing task execution, you will communicate the status to all stakeholders and participate in clients organizational change efforts.

Below are some of the responsibilities that you will carry out in your role as Associate Delivery Manager:

* Work on multiple customer projects simultaneously (smaller size tactical engagements)

* Deliver MuleSoft engagement using Agile/Waterfall methodology

* Plan and manage project task executions and communicate status to all stakeholders

* Work closely with Sr. Delivery Manager as part of the project team and provide assistance with project team/tasks management and execution

* Manage MuleSoft issues and risks, tracking and resolution

* Work towards achieving assigned revenue targets and identifying change order revenue opportunities

What Youll Achieve

First 3 months

* Complete Mulesoft training including our Mulesoft products, Catalyst methodologies for Services implementations and services offerings

* Learn our Services team internal processes for staffing and resourcing, partner engagement, and the entire lifecycle for managing Mulesoft projects.

* Complete training to understand the role of each Mulesoft team included in Services engagements - Customer Success, Engagement Management and Account Team

* Learn the Center for Enablement methodology for implementing organizational change management jointly with our clients

* Start managing one or more billable client engagements

First 12 months

* Manage several smaller scale tactical projects

* Manage all operational processes including RAID logs and Change Orders

* Collaborate with Ops and Resource Managers to ensure engagements are staffed correctly and managed throughout the project lifecycle

* Manage task execution and communication to all stakeholders

* With leadership support and guidance, contribute to the development of Catalyst best practices methodology

* Master adapting to multiple roles on a project

* Develop an understanding of local revenue targets and be able to identify change order revenue opportunities

What Youll Need to be Successful

* Bachelors degree or industry equivalent

* Be able work independently and under managements direction

* Experience in an operational and/or technical services role

* Demonstrate basic knowledge with waterfall and agile methodologies

* Experience with MuleSoft implementation and methodology is preferred

* Demonstrate interest in career expansion as a project manager and/or scrum master

* Basic Professional Services Administration tool experience

* Experience working on simple implementation technologies

* Ability to work in collaboration with a client project manager or scrum master to lead the implementation through an entire software development lifecycle.

* Servant leadership mind-set

* Strong Verbal and written communication skills
