Senior Analyst Lease Administration

Job Description

Responsibilities

* Serve as the coordinator and administrative support for the lease administration team.
* Coordinate between Portfolio Directors and Legal Department for document execution with corporate headquarters including being the gatekeeper for all the documents (including routing for all signatures, tracking, follow-up, distributing, scanning, filing, and updating database).
* Manage the document tracking tool in the data base and following up on outstanding documents
* With approval of changes by the Sr Lease Admin or Team Lead, handle and manage vendor/address changes
* Coordinate report approvals of hard copy reports between corporate headquarters and Denver
* Opening, date stamping and routing mail for the department.
* Reviewing mail for time sensitive documents (defaults, notices) and routing with an Important status for immediate attention when appropriate.
* Reviewing rent statements and compare to the data base. Initiate input of one-times or route to appropriate Lease Administrator for action
* Enter repetitive one-times into database (i.e., parking and utility charges).
* Perform due diligence, manage and track the completion of SNDA and Estoppel documents.
* Manage and respond to requests for Certificates of Insurance from Landlords.
* Filing all department documents including one-time payments.
* Scan and electronically file year-end recon statements in data base then file hard copies in payment files.
* Monitor and maintain the Lease Administration Outlook mailbox.
* Monitor & maintain Dept Outlook calendar
* Maintaining supplies for the department and ordering when necessary
* Special and other projects as assigned

Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or higher
* Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
* Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners
* A desire to work within a diverse, collaborative, and driven professional environment
* Strong verbal/written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively prioritize and manage time
* Basic understanding and interpretation of lease language
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Acrobat - scanning software
* Experience using CoStar (Virtual Premise) lease administration software a plus

Compensation:

$30k (minimum) - $44k (midpoint)
