Job Description

Position Purpose:

The Learning System Administrator is responsible for the administrative duties that support the internal learning management system, Centene University.




* Support the technical management of the learning system to include content uploads, servicing support and incident tickets, creating dynamic enrollments, and troubleshooting as appropriate

* Maintain and continuously improve the adoption of documented system processes, procedures and practices

* Test learning content for proper functionality and consult with content owners as appropriate

* Support other Learning Management System administrators with projects and initiatives, enhancements and general system functionality

* Ensure Learning Management System standards, policies, and procedures are implemented and followed



Education/Experience:




* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required.

* 2+ years of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Learning Management System (LMS), and/or Cornerstone experience required.

* Prior learning and development, project management, and data analysis required.



***This position will be required to work in the local office once work from home orders have been lifted.
