The HR Senior Manager is responsible for providing HR support and consultation to approximately 500 employees. This person will serve as the global HR partner for Global Procurement and Customer Experience organization coordinating HR efforts with regional partners.

Responsibilities:

* Build organizational identity, pride and morale through employee engagement, inclusion & diversity initiatives and employee recognition programs.
* Partner with leadership teams to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
* Coordinate with Centers of Excellence in providing support and guidance to leadership, managers and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise (e.g. benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc.).
* Assess talent gaps and develop solutions for building the talent pipeline including job assignments, coaching, and training.
* Serve as a liaison in the talent acquisition process, including scoping of roles, partnering with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategies, and coordination with internal/external regional partners.
* Partner with Global HR Partners to implement business strategy globally

Required Education:
