Apple Services Marketing team is looking for a strong marketer to drive exploration, identify opportunities and manage projects with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering to enable efficient marketing campaigns, customer relationship management and program development while adhering to Apples commitment to customer privacy. This position is critical for identifying new opportunities for Apple Services and ensuring marketing operations are optimized for success of these new initiatives.

* Embed within specific Apple Services to understand and identify customer communications opportunities based upon existing data structures, availability and privacy constraints
* Identify and explore new means of presenting Apple messages in relevant venues within the Apple ecosystem with active attention to conserving consumer privacy
* Prepare marketing use cases and requirements documents to drive conversations with Privacy Legal and Privacy Engineering in order to deliver on defined business needs
* Influence functional specifications that define specific releases and enhancements working across teams including database marketing, Engineering, Product Management, IS&T, merchandising, advertising partners and partner merchants
* Ensure that milestones and objectives are met through effective project management and influence of key cross-functional contributors delivering projects on time and on budget
* Develop means of bringing new initiative to life with support for automation and scale to allow transfer to the appropriate business teams for ongoing management and maintenance

Focus Areas - Development and management of Email Privacy standardization for Apple communications - Support development cross-service marketing within Apple Services - Lead discussions for business and marketing teams for exploration of on-device communications focussed on user privacy - Act as marketing liaison with Privacy Legal and Engineering for App Store, Apple Maps and new initiatives Skills & Attributes - Proven track record of delivering data-driven marketing projects on time and within budget, from concept through maintenance - A demonstrated pattern of success at work and in other pursuits - A passion for customers, technology and data to deliver a stellar customer experience through efficient systems - Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence - Data-curious and analytical - Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills - Technically minded with business savvy - Proactive, results-oriented, organized and driven Experience - 7-10 years of experience managing marketing projects and business initiatives with strong knowledge of technical inter-workings for development - Proven success in a marketing role including cost/benefit analysis and BRD definition - Track record with managing customer relationship programs to grow business - Experience with subscription services is a plus and international work experience is preferred
