Job Description

As a SEO Manager, you will be responsible for creation and implementation of SEO strategies, for building a team of subject-matter experts, and for delivery against defined business goals within the SEO channel.

Key Responsibilities:

* Producing comprehensive technical SEO analysis of websites/assets to facilitate the development of clear, actionable optimization roadmaps
* Propose and lead initiatives to develop medium and long term strategies in order to drive SEO growth
* Working closely with the Product and the Engineering teams to deliver large scale SEO projects
* Manage complex SEO projects from their conception till their delivery
* Run analysis and present data to continuously improve traffic and conversion
* Report on weekly and monthly business performance to C-level stakeholders
* Creating, planning and executing the SEO Content strategy for different stages of the customer journey across US, EMEA and APAC regions
* Performing SEO website audits and assist in implementing SEO best practices
* Collecting and analyzing data and results, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum search engine ranking potential
* Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
* Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
* Develop and implement link building strategies
* Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
* Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
* Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of SEO experience
* 2+ years of leadership experience
* Experience collaborating with both internal resources, external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines
* Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
* Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget
* Proven knowledge of Search Engine Optimization topics, tactics, and concepts
* Experience managing Local SEO for a multi-location business including Google My Business and Apple Maps data management
* Copywriting or technical writing experience
