The F135 Depot Maintenance Planner, is an integral part of a team who are passionate about getting things done, enjoy working together and are committed to growing with this fast-moving company.
The Maintenance Planner works seamlessly across all internal functions including Aftermarket, Sustainment, Ground Support Equipment, Engineering, Quality, Materials and interfaces with military customers, including Pratt & Whitney and the US Government.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Determine allocation and make priority decisions on critical hardware to ensure smooth operations
* Perform F135 Depot level maintenance induction planning and develop repair work scopes
* Participate in daily production meetings as required to communicate planning requirements
* Create Purchase Orders and 206 funding requests for all F135 Depot components
* Develop and maintain F135 Depot historical maintenance database
* Develop repair work scopes to support the F135 Depot repair program
* Provide F135 historical status on work accomplished at the F135 Depot
* Monitor and manage shop capacity for both the input and output of assets
* Collaborate with cross functional teams on a daily basis to resolve and prevent bottlenecks
* Implement and maintain process improvements by analyzing and establishing best practices for maintenance planning to improve TAT performance
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
* Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience OR
* In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
* Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident Green Card holder
Preferred Qualifications:
* Demonstrated initiative with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in both a direct line supervision and matrix organization
* Experience in maintenance planning, fleet management, or material planning
* Demonstrated experience in the complete range of SAP repairs-related transactions
* Demonstrated familiarity with engineering bills of material, spares configuration management databases
* Experience reading technical order/CMM and specifications, gather, analyze and present data
* Experience planning, coordinating and organizing work to identify problems and develop innovative solutions
* Experience communicating effectively, verbally and in writing
* Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships
* Experience evaluating technical orders and other applicable and defined data to understand the extent of requirements and deviations from standard procedures or processes.
* Experience in Production or Military Program customer experience
