SCHEDULE: Full-time

Division Director Dialysis

The Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives. Provides patient care as needed and serves as a subject matter expert for dialysis services and care modalities. Position works to foster Division and Facility Relationships and clinical service management; possesses high-performance leadership skillset while focusing on problem-solving, policy development and implementation (including patient care standards), quality management, tracking, key performance execution, and reporting. The position is responsible for oversight of staff scheduling, staff performance, and productivity management. The Director has oversight of employee training and onboarding. The position is responsible for the execution of clinical processes, standardization and manages to established a budget plan. Ultimately the Director is responsible for federal, state, and local regulations and has full oversight of quality assurance and tracer activities, including but not limited to equipment checks, care, and maintenance of water treatment systems/testing and reporting.

Qualifications

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

1. Education/Skills

Bachelors Degree, Masters preferred.

2. Experience

3 years management experience required, 5 years preferred.

3. Licenses, Registrations and/or Certifications

Registered Nurse License eligible to practice in the State of Texas required; current BLS required, ACLS required from HCA approved vendor; Advanced certification(s) preferred.
