NorthropGrumman Space Systems - Training System Team (TST) is seeking qualifiedindividuals to design and develop simulation based trainer devices. This position will be permanently located inRoy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program.Northrop Grumman supports the Air Forces sustainment, development, productionand deployment of hardware and system modifications for IntercontinentalBallistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, LaunchFacilities and associated infrastructure. What Youll Get To Do:
Performtechnical planning, system design and integration, verification and validation,risk identification and mitigation.

Perform analyses for training devices to include: design,fabrication, test, and installation.

Develop training requirements into trainer system solutionsthat acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

Participate on Customer IPT meetings, presenting the designand implementation, trade studies, requirements allocation and interfacedefinition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware andsoftware specifications.

This positions standard work schedule is a9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Mondaythrough Thursday to take every other Friday off.
