DUTIES: Architect, design and/or build the core frameworks for Cricket Wireless Shared Services systems, platforms and end to end solutions. Gear more towards high-level design choices and dictate technical standards, tools, and collaboration with critical stakeholders (IT and Business) to understand business needs. Evaluate software solutions for new business functionality and improve software for existing business functions. Create technical solution artifacts in support of IT projects or capability needs for shared services application domains, including MicroServices, API & Middleware layers and Billing, CRM, Provisioning and Charging systems. Develop different and multiple technical application designs as needed to provide options for reduction of risk and or complexity. Define and ensure software meets performance and stability requirements. Conduct and Facilitate application design and code reviews and walkthroughs. Participate and co-ordinate requirement meetings and help translate business requirement into viable IT solution. Mentor and train development teams. Experienced in Agile and DevOps practices. Review Production Changes and reduces escaping defects by partnering with Operations and Testing teams. Create and Improve end to end monitoring infrastructure. Utilize Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Kubernetes, ELK stack, Swagger, CI/CD tools, YAML, Groovy, REST, SOAP, Python, Hibernate, SQL, PL/SQL, CQL, HTML, XML, XSLT, Batch, Shell script, HTML, Java Script, AngularJS, ReactJS and Node Js, Oracle, Cassandra, Redis, MySQL.

REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in Telecommunications domain and BSS applications (CRM, Ordering, Billing and Product Catalog), defining and ensuring software meets performance and stability requirements; conducting and facilitating solution, application design and code reviews and walkthroughs; participating and co-ordinating requirement meetings and help translate business requirement into viable IT solutions; mentoring and training development teams; reviewing Production Changes and reducing escaping defects by partnering with Operations and Testing teams; creating and improving end to end monitoring infrastructure; utilizing microservices architecture, design, and development; experience in Agile and DevOps practices; utilizing technologies Java, J2EE, Spring framework, Kubernetes, ELK stack, Swagger, CI/CD tools, YAML, Groovy, REST, SOAP, Python, Hibernate, SQL, PL/SQL, CQL, HTML, XML, XSLT, Batch, Shell script, HTML, Java Script, AngularJS, ReactJS and Node Js, Oracle, Cassandra, Redis, MySQL; and utilizing Amdocs product suite (Amdocs CRM, Billing, and Product Catalog) and Amdocs technologies ASCF, AIF and ADT.
