Job Description
Work as part of the Loyalty & Personalization team and be responsible for leading the analysis
of customer, category and campaign data to draw insights, and to optimize personalized
contact strategies across multiple channels. Responsible for leading and delivering on the
analytical projects working with a team of analysts and key business partners. Perform and run
analysis of data using analytical and statistical tools such as SQL and SAS to uncover insights
in customer behavior and business profitability. Lead analytical projects being responsible for
the deliverable in individual capacity or leading a team of analysts including analysis design,
execution process, development and delivery of business and/or customer insights. Develop
targeting recommendation and test plans to optimize multi-channel campaigns (direct mail,
email, in-store, online/digital) - this may include audience targeting, product and offer
recommendation, multi-channel contact cadence, performance analysis and
insights/recommendation development. Bring to bear data and analytics to generate insights to
inspire and develop innovative personalization strategies. Analyze customer segments, cross
category behavior, building-out customer profiles, including adhoc or custom requests to
internal business partners and presenting to the leadership in a top-down manner.
Required Qualifications
FIVE (5) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH
CUSTOMER ANALYSIS AND INSIGHT DEVELOPMENT. MUST ALSO HAVE FIVE (5) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER BEHAVIORAL ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS;
DEVELOPING HIGHLY-TARGETED DATABASE MARKETING CAMPAIGN STRATEGIES; ANALYTIC PROGRAM MANAGEMENT/LEADERSHIP; LEADING TEAMS OF DIRECT AND
INDIRECT REPORTS ; AND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING: SQL, SAS, OR PYTHON.

BACHELORS DEGREE, OR FOREIGN EQUIVALENT, IN STATISTICS, OPERATIONS RESEARCH, OR RELATED TECHNICAL FIELD
