Job Description
Client Service Duties:
* Proven track record in Customer Service
* Excellent English verbal and written skills
* Experience in managing a Service Request Center with a focus on continuous improvement respective to customer relations, customer satisfaction and timely response to customer requests.
* Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to initiate and analyze reports for Management review.
* Highly professional and knowledgeable in tracking the life cycle of a customer work order.
* Strong ability to hold accountable the owners of the customer work orders and help drive the life cycle of the work order to completion.
CMMS:
* Experience in managing and continuously improving the CMMS program, asset information, work plans / tasking, and system generated work orders.
* Sense of ownership of the CMMS including, but not limited to, maintaining system integrity, following through with upgrades, and organizing / analyzing data.
* Must be able to run and analyze reports for Management review.
* Complete understanding of the CMMS and what its role is in the corrective and preventative maintenance of assets.
* Proven ability to create / modify assets, and their associated preventative maintenance work orders, and schedules.
Other General Duties:
* Understanding of multi-tenant facility maintenance requirements for an A+ building.
* Skills to decipher what is billable and non billable to tenants with regards to tenant projects and requests.
* Understands and holds departments accountable respective to budgets including proper coding of associated expenses.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in customer service preferable.
Previous office clerical and payroll experience a plus.
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities expected.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills required.
Excellent customer service skills required.
Proficiency with Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook required.
