As a Digital Analytics Leader, you will operate on an agile model, partner with product owners, marketing managers and data lake team teams to define the measurement strategy, instrument digital properties to collect the data and generate the actionable insights and reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design the roadmap for digital analytics practice that is aligned to the organization objectives
* Manage a team of digital analysts and BI developers to effectively execute the roadmap through lean and agile operating model
* Manage the digital analytics tool and service partners to enable the practices with required capabilities and skills
* Co-Own the performance and financial goals with product and marketing managers and balance the roadmap with emerging ideas coming from the end users
* Own the adoption to the analytics solutions and train product owners and marketing managers to be self-served in acceding the insights for day to day operations
* Deliver advanced analytics studies to articulate the Omni-channel experience impact on the customer share of wallet. Provide qualitative insights to help design and optimize the product and marketing roadmaps
* Instrument PPG digital properties and collect the data to enable the delivery of analytics and reporting solutions
* Proactively identify the A/B test ideas and conduct the experiments in collaboration with product teams
Qualifications:
* 8 + Years hands on experience in digital analytics
* 3+ years of experience in managing digital analytics teams
* 3+ year of hands on experience in A/B testing practice
* Experience working with Google Analytics 360, Adobe analytics and others
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Strong business acumen and adaptability to partner with the product and marketing teams
